PAYMENT

• Upon admission, a one-time registration fee of $20 is charged.

• It is possible to pay for a Monthly Package, One Day, or One Class. Prepayment is mandatory.

• Paid sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

ABSENCES AND MAKEUP SESSIONS

• The Monthly Package provides classes for 4 consecutive weeks. This package is offered at a discount, and its days cannot be transferred to another month in case of student absences.

• To be eligible for makeup sessions for missed classes, it's necessary to inform the office in advance about the absence via SMS, at least 24 hours beforehand.

• With timely notification, makeup sessions for missed classes can be organized during the current month's package, only if there are available slots in other classes. Confirming the day and time of the makeup session locks the student into a specific class, and re-makeups are not possible.

• Absences without prior notification or with notifications less than 24 hours before the class start time are not eligible for makeup.

• Classes falling on holidays are not eligible for makeup.

GENERAL RULES

• Bring the child 5-7 minutes before the start of the class, not earlier, as the doors are closed for safety reasons.

• Parents' presence in the classroom is strictly prohibited, as it distracts students and the instructor. Please allow us to perform our work at 100%. Open Lessons are the exception.

• The school is not responsible for children after the class ends. If unable to pick up the child on time, it is necessary to inform the office. For delays exceeding 10 minutes, an additional fee of $1 per minute of delay will be charged.

• Failure to comply with the rules may result in refusal of further services.
